ESD-Safe Spiral Pointed Foam Swab FS752 is an excellent and popular cleaning foam swab for cleaning small slots, grooves, and right angle corners on the sliders and actuator arm of the magnetic head stack assembly in hard disk drive industry.
This type of small pointed tip foam swab can be very effactively collect dust and other contaminants. Anti-static Cleanroom foam Swabs FS752 are also the ideal swabs to use in cleaning static sensitive components or parts.
Available choice of Anti-static Handle Material include: Green Anti-static Polypropylene Handle and ABS Anti-static Handle.
Its high quality cleanroom-laundered 100 ppi (Z) open-cell polyurethane foam combines exceptional cleanliness with particle entrapment capability and free from organic contaminants.
Its ridged head design further enhances cleaning efficiency. The small tapered handle and rigid tip provide maximum control.
The Foam swab FS752 with ESD handles eliminate damage from static electricity and are effective in all humidities.
Thermal bonding eliminates the use of contaminating adhesives and coatings and sprays.
All Cleanroom Foam Swabs are Packaged in silicone-free and amide-free bags.
