How to clean it?
1, open the printer, remove the ribbon.
2, tear off the bag, the cleaning card into the printer into the card box.
3. Open the printing preferences for the card printer driver.
4. Select the Tools tab and click the Printer Self Cleaning button to clean it.
5, after cleaning the card automatically exit.
