The classification of the cleanroom swabs

1.   Fag head;
According to the materials and the use of different functions, the fag head can be divided into the following cloth:
A.  knitted nylon(super wear-resistant)
B.  knitted microfiber(clean the fine dust and gentle wear)
C.  weaving microfiber(professional for optical fiber)
D.  Weaving Dacron (The cloth is longitudinally striated and the aperture is deeper, which can accommodate more dirt.)
2.   Spongy top;
According to the density of sponge and flaky condition, it can be divided into the following two types:
A1. The opening PU sponge, which is 100 PPI (PPI – PORE PER INCH, refers to the number of holes PER INCH; the more the number it has,the more exquisite the sponge has, which is less likely to drop crumbs). The sponge density is low and chip off easily, but the speed of water absorption is fast, which is suitable for medical use;
B1. Opening PU sponge, 400-500 PPI, the sponge density is higher than 100 PPI; is less likely to drop crumbs and has high grade, which is suitable for use in electron.
3.   Non-woven wipe;
Low grade, the processing difficulty is relatively small, and the price is cheap.
4.   PVA head.
With super-strong capacity of water absorbing and high cleanliness, but the price is high.
